Agreement

1. Acceptance and licence

By registering, accessing or using AFTRHRS (the Service), you agree to this End User Licence Agreement (Agreement). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended lawful purposes, subject to this Agreement and applicable app-store terms.

You may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, automate access to or misuse the Service, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

2. Strict minimum age: 18 years

AFTRHRS is exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from registering, accessing or using the Service, regardless of parental or guardian permission. By registering and each time you use the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally permitted to use an adults-only dating and social platform.

Falsifying a birth date, identity, document, photograph or verification evidence, using another person's identity, or helping a minor access the Service is strictly prohibited. Accounts believed to be operated by minors may be immediately restricted or suspended while reviewed; confirmed underage accounts are ineligible and may be terminated.

3. Mandatory manual verification and access gating

AFTRHRS requires manual identity and age verification before access to protected social features. The verification process may request the front and back of an accepted identity document and a selfie holding that document. Submissions are assessed by authorised reviewers.

Registration or submission does not constitute approval. Pending, unapproved, rejected, suspended and otherwise ineligible accounts must not access protected discovery, messaging or member features. We may decline verification where evidence is missing, unclear, inconsistent, suspected to be fraudulent or indicates an ineligible age.

Verification is a safety control, not a guarantee of another member's identity, conduct or intentions.

4. Re-verification, investigation and enforcement

AFTRHRS reserves the right, at any time and without advance notice where reasonably necessary for safety, to request fresh identity or age evidence, reopen a verification review, restrict features, suspend an account or investigate reports. This includes suspected underage use, identity misrepresentation, account sharing, impersonation, suspicious activity and credible member reports.

You must cooperate with lawful and proportionate verification requests. Access may remain restricted until a new review is approved. Refusal to provide required evidence, attempted circumvention or repeated non-compliance may result in suspension or termination. Decisions may be reviewed where appropriate, but access is not guaranteed.

5. Zero-tolerance safety rules

The following are strictly prohibited: sexual exploitation or abuse of minors; child sexual abuse material; grooming; trafficking; coercion; non-consensual sexual content; threats, harassment, stalking or doxxing; impersonation; fraud, extortion or blackmail; hate-based abuse; unlawful sexual services or solicitation; and content or behaviour that violates applicable law.

You must not share another person's intimate images, private information or conversations without their permission. Do not post material involving anyone under 18 in a sexual context, even if presented as fictional, altered or AI-generated. Never attempt to evade a block, ban, age gate or moderation decision.

AFTRHRS may remove content, preserve relevant records where legally appropriate, restrict accounts and report suspected criminal activity to competent authorities as permitted or required by law.

6. Consent, privacy and member conduct

All interactions must be voluntary, lawful and respectful of consent and boundaries. A match, like, message or shared gallery is not consent to sexual contact or to further use or distribution of content. Respect declined requests and blocks immediately.

You are responsible for the information and content you submit and for safeguarding your account. Do not share credentials or let anyone else use your verified account. Member-generated content does not necessarily reflect AFTRHRS's views.

7. Reporting, blocking and moderation

Members may report suspected minors, fake profiles, abuse, illegal content or other violations using in-app reporting tools and may block other members. Reports may trigger manual review, re-verification, content removal, feature restrictions or account suspension.

We may act on reasonable safety concerns before an investigation is complete. We cannot promise to detect every violation or prevent every harmful interaction.

8. Verification information and privacy

Identity and age evidence is sensitive information and is processed for verification, platform security, abuse prevention and legal compliance. Access is limited to authorised personnel and handled in accordance with applicable privacy law and our published privacy disclosures.

Do not submit someone else's identity documents. Where evidence retention or deletion periods apply, those are governed by the Service's actual data-handling practices and applicable law.

9. Service availability and termination

We may update, restrict, suspend or discontinue features for security, legal, operational or moderation reasons. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breaches of this Agreement, including underage access, false verification and serious safety violations, subject to applicable law.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through the available account controls. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that must survive by law.

10. Disclaimers and liability

AFTRHRS is a platform for adults to connect. We do not conduct background checks on every member, guarantee compatibility or safety, or supervise offline meetings. Exercise care when sharing information or meeting anyone in person.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights.

11. App store terms

If you download AFTRHRS through Apple's App Store, this Agreement is between you and the operator of AFTRHRS, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its support, except to the extent required by applicable law and Apple's applicable terms. Apple's standard app-store usage rules and any mandatory platform terms continue to apply.

This Agreement does not determine the app's official Apple or Google age rating. Ratings are set through the respective stores' classification processes. AFTRHRS independently enforces a minimum user age of 18.

12. Changes and questions

We may revise this Agreement as the Service changes or the law requires. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after a validly notified change takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18, agree to this EULA and accept the verification and moderation requirements described above.
